Luna and Willis Visit Rowley Farm

Dog Friendly Review of the Hideaway Hut

Instagram pugs @lunaandwillis recently visited our hideaway hut, and here is what they thought!

After travelling through the beautiful countryside we arrived at Rowley Farm for the weekend. We could tell from the entrance that this was going to be the most perfect, luxurious stay. We weren’t wrong! Everything was beautiful.

“We loved our 2 night stay so much we booked an extra night! We headed home after 3 nights and already cannot wait to go back.”

We arrived through the electric gates and headed to the ‘Hideaway Hut’. The hut had such a cosy, welcoming feel to it and we couldn’t have felt more at home. This included Luna and Willis. On arrival they had doggy treats, blankets & towels. They were even allowed on the furniture which was perfect for us. This is when you really know a place is dog friendly. In the evenings we love nothing more than getting cosy together. There was a log burner which even though we didn’t use because of the beautiful warm weather we imagine to be so cosy in the colder months to snuggle up in the big comfy bed with Netflix on the tv or just simply looking out at the beautiful countryside.

Super Dog Friendly – “By far the most dog friendly place we have stayed”

Rowley Farm is by far the most dog friendly place we have stayed. There was even an outside doggy wash with safety clips, shampoo, peanut butter & lickimats to keep the dogs occupied if they had gotten muddy on their walks. We have never seen anything like this so we were very impressed!

We were delighted when we arrived to have our own private, peaceful and secure garden. When looking for a dog friendly stay this is so important to us! Luna and Willis loved wandering in and out of the hut into the garden as and when they wanted. We also had the pleasure of nothing but fields around us and two super friendly sheep opposite that Luna & Willis loved. If you wanted the opportunity to meet the other farm animals this was also available.

One of our favourite parts was the wood-fired hot tub in the garden. After our busy days exploring the beautiful countryside it was pure bliss to unwind and sit listening to the birds for the evening whilst Luna and Willis wandered in the garden freely. It felt like pure heaven & we could fully relax.

Everything about Rowley Farm was perfect.

We had everything we needed for our weekend away & we were so appreciative of the lovely welcome hamper we received which was all sourced locally. We had some fudge, crisps, apple cider and some fresh apple & pear juice pressed on the farm. This was such a nice touch.

The information booklet was filled with all the information we needed whether that be places to eat, local farm shops or walks in the area. We were never stuck for ideas. We explored the beautiful Malvern Hills which was incredible. The views were breathtaking and it was the most perfect place for us and the dogs to explore. We also walked around Monkswood which was a beautiful, quiet woodland walk not far from Rowley Farm.

We loved our 2 night stay so much we booked an extra night! We headed home after 3 nights and already cannot wait to go back. We would recommend to everyone looking for a dog friendly stay. Rowley Farm was perfect in every way and we wouldn’t change a single thing.
