We do have Wi-Fi available for your use in all of our properties. We’ve recently upgraded to Starlink, so you can stream all your favourite films or scroll on socials to your heart’s desire!

You can access the WiFi using the code supplied in the cottage.

Absolutely – all of our properties have crisp white sheets, a snuggly soft hand towel and bath towel for each booked guest. Plus hand towel and bathmat in each bedroom.

Absolutely! All of our properties are Dog Friendly. If you’d like to bring your pup please ensure you confirm with us during the booking process.  There will be a small charge for your pet which will cover any additional cleaning required after your visit.

Rowley Farm Holidays is located in a lovely rural location.  To provide additional privacy to guests you will drive through electric gates upon arrival which are kept shut at all times.  All of our cottages then have private on site parking for 2 vehicles close by to the properties.

Rowley Farm Holidays have an electric gate on arrival at the property than can be accessed via a keypad.  All of our properties then have either a keybox. 

The location and code for the keybox, or the keypad codes, will be sent to your mobile via text on arrival day.

Security is very important to us so the codes usually arrive in the afternoon when the property is prepared and ready for you, at this stage the housekeeping team will have created a new code just for your access during your stay.

If you’ve booked direct with us:
Your check in time is 2pm, sometimes the property is available earlier and we will let you know as soon as you can enter.

If you’ve booked through a third party site:
Your check in time is 4pm.

We are currently unable to offer luggage drop off or storage before check in time.

If you’ve booked direct with us:
Your check out time is 11 am

If you’ve booked through a third party site:
Your check out time is 10am

Just in case you’ve forgotten something we like to include shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

We also provide a few extras when available. 

We want you to be able to arrive and sit down with a cup of tea and not have to worry about chasing out to find the local shops for the essentials so we provide: tea, coffee, sugar, pure juice made from apples and pears from Rowley Farm.

You will also find salt & pepper, washing up liquid & sponge/cloth plus a kitchen towel.
